The sale of a home when spouses or partners are in conflict can be difficult and stressful. Patty is a Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist who is trained to work with and equitably represent selling clients who are divorcing. PS Homes has developed a process for transaction management that maintains our goal of getting maximum price for a home, but brings calm & stability to the necessary communications, including working equally with the parties' attorneys. Patty is a Senior Real Estate Specialist and has years of experience in working with senior clients, including a special history of her own. We completely coordinate with clients who are ready to experience the joy of starting over.
